Return and exchange policy

1. Return and Exchange Rules:

For the goods sold, we provide you with a return and exchange service within 7 days.

Gbus Well solemnly promises that within 7 days from the date the customer receives the goods (based on the date of receipt), if the goods have not been worn; the goods and packaging remain in the original state when Gbus Well sold them; the product tags and accessories are complete, we will provide you with a return service.

Gbus Well is currently unable to provide product repair services. If there are problems with the products during use, Gbus Well can provide you with solutions based on the relevant rules for return and exchange and the specific situation of the products.

2. Return and exchange service is not supported in the following cases

1. Any product not sold by Gbus Well;

2. The outer packaging of the product is lost or damaged (including the filling inside the returned product, brand packaging boxes, brand packaging bags, tape wrapped directly on the outside of the shoe box, etc.);

3. The relevant accessories of the product are lost or damaged (accessories, instructions, warranty cards, missing tags, water labels, collection labels and other manufacturer logos, invoices, etc.);

4. Failure to contact the Gbus Well customer service center in advance to apply for return and exchange;

5. The product has exceeded the 7-day return and exchange period (based on the receipt date);

6. If the returned product does not match the customer's description, Gbus Well will not accept it and return it to the original address. The return shipping fee will be borne by the customer;

7. The actual product does not match the order details (except for the case where the warehouse confirms that it is a mistake or omission);

8. There is no obvious color difference between the actual product and the picture (the color is the same);

9. The product has quality problems due to abnormal use;

10. The product is stored or exposed to an environment beyond the product's suitability, resulting in damage to the product;

11. Products related to personal hygiene without quality problems (such as underwear, socks, swimsuits, etc.) are not supported for trial wearing (trial use) due to the special nature of the product. Check the product packaging for damage and quality problems upon receipt. No return or exchange service will be provided after signing. Please confirm when receiving the product. Except for the inherent quality problems of the product tested by the authoritative department;

12. If the delivery list of the returned product is lost, altered or damaged and the source of the product cannot be provided, Gbus Well will not handle the return or exchange;

13. If there is no quality problem with the gift, return or exchange is not supported (the exchange and gift are sent randomly, and the color cannot be selected for the time being);

14. No quality problems, washed, worn, damaged, cut, stained, packaging damaged (including outer packaging), etc.

3. Return and exchange delivery fee

1. Please choose a regular courier company that can issue invoices. Gbus Well is temporarily unable to accept ordinary mail services (no outer packaging is provided when the courier arrives at your door. It is recommended that you do not discard the outer packaging when Gbus Well delivers the goods. It is prepared for return and exchange to reduce damage to the original packaging of the goods);

2. If the delivery is wrong or the goods have quality problems and the return and exchange are required, the delivery fee will be borne by Gbus Well;

3. For returns and exchanges that are not caused by Gbus Well (repeated ordering, uncomfortable wearing, better promotions and prices, no reason/dislike, other reasons, etc.), the return to the Gbus Well warehouse and the re-issuance of the freight will be borne by the customer.

4. Gbus Well temporarily does not accept the delivery method of "courier party pays" (collect on delivery);

5. If the freight generated by the return and exchange needs to be borne by Gbus Well, it will be paid by the customer first. Please use ordinary express delivery to return. If Gbus Well receives and inspects the returned goods and meets the return and exchange policy, Gbus Well will return the courier fee paid by the customer (no more than 8 yuan in the same city, no more than 12 yuan outside the same city);

6. If your order is returned or exchanged, if the order amount after the return or exchange is less than the free shipping amount, you need to pay the order shipping fee; the shipping fee amount will be deducted from your actual refund.

7. If the freight incurred by the exchange due to size (shoes, clothes) problems is required, Gbus Well will bear the shipping fee (only once), and the customer will bear the shipping fee to Gbus Well.

IV. Special Notes

The pictures and information are for reference only and are not quality issues. Due to problems such as shooting lighting and color difference of different monitors, there may be a certain color difference between the product picture and the actual product. This is not a quality problem. Everything is subject to the actual product.

V. Notes:

1. Before processing a return or exchange, please contact customer service and inform your order number or member information and the reason for return or exchange, contact information, etc. We will do our best to solve the relevant problems for you. If you do not contact customer service in advance, we will not be able to process returns and exchanges for you;

2. Gbus Well only provides one return and exchange service for an order that is not caused by Gbus Well. In order to ensure your rights, please contact us after careful consideration;

3. Please choose a regular courier company that can issue invoices to send the required return and exchange products back. Gbus Well does not accept ordinary mail for the time being;

4. The outer packaging of the product is intact (including the filling inside the product, brand packaging boxes, brand packaging bags, tape wrapped directly on the outside of the shoe box, etc.), the product accessories, instructions, warranty sheets, labels, etc. are complete, and the product keeps Gbus Well. Well sold the goods in the original quality as sold;

5. If you return the goods, the invoice must be returned with the goods that have been invoiced;

6. The delivery note must be placed in the goods and sent back together with the goods;

7. If the purchased goods are a set of goods, all of them must be returned in case of return. Partial return of set goods is not supported;

8. If the purchased goods have additional gifts, please return the gifts together in case of return. The gifts must be kept in the original quality when they were received. If the gifts cannot be returned, they will be deducted from the refund according to the online price;

9. Please add a protective box to the packaging of the goods (you can use the outer packaging when Gbus Well sends you the goods), and please do not wrap the original packaging of the goods with tape;

10. If the order uses a coupon or participates in a full-amount discount activity, if a return or partial return occurs, if the actual amount of the order does not meet the coupon or full-amount discount activity rules, we will charge according to the original price of the goods. If an exchange occurs, it is necessary to ensure that the exchanged goods and the amount of the goods you received meet the rules of coupons or full amount discounts after the cumulative amount. If the rules are not met, we will charge you according to the original price of the goods you ordered (the coupon can be restored after the return and exchange, and the coupon can be used again after we confirm that we have received the returned and exchanged goods)

11. If you find that the goods have been sent wrong, have signs of wear, or have obvious quality problems when you sign for them, please call the Gbus Well hotline immediately. Gbus Well will replace or reissue them for you after confirmation, and all expenses incurred during the period will be borne by Gbus Well. If you have signed for them but have not checked the integrity of the goods in person when the courier is present, Gbus Well assumes that you have unpacked and inspected the goods and recognized that the model, quantity, size and appearance of the goods are consistent with your order. For returns and exchanges caused by such reasons, Gbus Well has the right to reject your application.

12. We will do our best to ensure the quality of the goods. If you have doubts about the quality of the goods after use, please contact customer service in time and issue relevant written appraisals. We will handle it according to relevant national regulations.
