1. If you have not received the goods, or have received the goods and have agreed with the merchant not to return the goods but only to refund, please select the "Refund only" option.
2. If it is a product problem, or you do not want the goods anymore and have agreed with the merchant to return the goods, please select the "Refund upon return" option. Please keep the logistics receipt after returning the goods.
3. If the merchant refuses to refund or return the product after submitting the application, you can submit the application again or select "Product Complaint" to request the mall customer service staff to intervene.
4. After the refund/return is successfully completed; after the mall's review, the refund amount will be returned to your balance account in the form of "Pre-deposit" (the recharge card part can only be returned to the recharge card balance).
